When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our store in Bogota. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during vacations and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 1-2 business days for domestic deliveries, and 7-15 business days for international orders (depending on location).

SHIPPING WITHIN COLOMBIA
-Shipping cost within Bogota is 5,000 COP
-Domestic shipments outside Bogota 12,000 COP
Once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking number and you will be able to track it directly on Interrapidisimo’s website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
-International shipments with purchases over 100 USD will be free and will be sent and distributed by the company DHL EXPRESS.
Once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking number and you will be able to track it directly on the DHL EXPRESS website via International order tracking.

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in U.S. dollars, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Related import taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.

Our policy is 4 days. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit within our website, nor an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also have the original tags.

Discounted products are exempt from return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Any returned items must be shipped within 4 business days of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
In case your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your bank account within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at bahatiswim@gmail.com and send your item to: calle 133#19a-37, oficina 101 Bogotá, DC, 110111, Colombia.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we ship it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to them and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
